A beautiful wedding for such a lovely couple. Our Sydney catering team travelled down to Canberra and cooked over charcoal on site. We wrapped a lot of little fish in vine leaves for the grill, rolled fresh pasta for rotolo, and grilled plenty of octopus skewers. We started with canapés before serving bespoke shared plates to the table.
